They've purchased move-in-ready homes, new construction, and three that required a total rehab, and they made money on all but two, where they broke even! Before his real estate career, Chris was an executive in the market research and high-tech industries, negotiating major win-win contracts. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester with concentrations in marketing and finance.
