Hello, my name is Alvin Schrepel and I relocated to the Kansas City area in 1997 from a small community in Western Kansas. In 2000, I met my beautiful wife and in 2001 we were married. She had spent most of her life in Kansas City and after many discussions about where the ideal place for us to start a family would be, we realized that we were already here. Now, fast forward to 2024 and with two wonderful daughters attending Kansas University, it’s easy to see we made the right decision to call Kansas City home.

I spent several years in Sales and Marketing working with a company in rural Kansas, building open, honest relationships with clients and developing strategies to enhance and grow business. I then spent the next 18 years with two large corporations in the Kansas City Area, heavily focused on customer service in the highly competitive transportation industry. During this time, I held many different leadership roles, responsible for teams of Managers and Supervisors. Regardless of which company and regardless of area of responsibility, our success was built by establishing long-lasting relationships through open and honest communication, a strong commitment to our customers, listening to our customers and our ability to quickly adapt and find solutions that met our customer’s needs.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine and with 20+ years working in sales, marketing and customer service-driven industries, I am now combining my passion and experience as a successful Real Estate Agent. Results-driven, it’s here that I can build long-lasting relationships by helping navigate buyers and sellers through this exciting and sometimes challenging process of buying or selling a home.
