Real Estate Professional
Get to Know Me...
Real estate has always been a natural calling for me. I was raised in the industry as my mother was an agent for years in Birmingham, AL before relocating to Kansas City. After graduating from Liberty North High School, I began my career in real estate. Shortly after becoming a licensed professional, I joined the Koehler Bortnick Team where my mom and I became business partners.
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person could make, so I believe loyalty is the key when it comes to helping my clients. My client’s happiness and satisfaction is my main priority. My upbringing has given me the foundation to provide excellent customer service and allowed me to develop valuable communication, organization, and negotiating skills.
When I am not hard at work, I LOVE traveling, fitness, and spending time with my friends and family. I would love to make you a friend as well!

What My Clients Say...
“Kaitlyn was very attentive to what my wife and I were looking for. She was always willing to answer any questions that we had at any time. She was thinking ahead by proucting comps for homes we were looking to buy”
-Kevin and Beth S.
“Kaitlyn did an amazing job of getting to know us and finding out our needs. Even when my wife and I butted heads on what we truly wanted, Kaitlyn stepped in and help us figure out how to compromise during those situations. She went above and beyond trying to help us find the perfect home for us (and she did just that). Some of these attributes go above and beyond Excellent. She was and is AMAZING with communication, professionalism, and being Trustworthy.”
–Michael & Becky D
