He has vast market knowledge and is always in the know of what is happening with the Kansas City real estate market. His integrity is worth more than any transaction, so he is always looking out for his client’s best interest throughout the entire process of a sale. Negotiating is his specialty, as he is experienced and strong when it comes to all facets of a transaction. Chris rehabs homes as well, therefore he has much more value to bring to all things that come with “shopping” for the right home and whatever is necessary to maintain it. At the end of the day, Chris has his client’s best interest at the forefront and will work to ensure their needs are met with precision.
