The actual move itself can be overwhelming; therefore I work hard to make the transaction as smooth and streamlined as possible. Because everyone is unique, my services and communication are tailored to meet my client's need. I like to listen and communicate to assure we are on the same page to reach your goal. Everyone is different so I text, call, email and/or Facebook message with clients. When clients schedule time with me, they get my undivided attention. In other words, I won't be taking calls when we are spending time together. My focus is on you. Clients looking for a home are often amazed how fast we find the right one. That focus is the reason. When I'm not with a client, I return calls and messages promptly. Again, this is all about your move!

I'm a native Kansas Citian who took a few years out to earn a Bachelors degree from Texas Christian University where I met and married my college sweetheart a few years later. (Yes, I got the Texan out of Texas!) We have four delightful children. So, I truly understand families, moving, schools and managing the dynamics.

Kansas City is a wonderful community offering many things to do and many ways to get involved. I've had the opportunity to volunteer and be involved in some of the best organizations the city has to offer: Nelson Art Gallery Society of Fellows, Lyric Opera Circle, KC Symphony, Belles of the American Royal, and KCMO Junior League. My business is diverse…from working with first-time homebuyers, move-up clients, relocating clients and more recently mortgage-challenged clients needing a short sale. In addition, I've had the opportunity to work with lending institutions on REO/foreclosure & Short Sale properties and provided Broker Price Opinions (BPOs).
