I joined the Koehler Bortnick Team in 2010 and am in my third year of real estate. I discovered my love for homes as an Interior Designer and Faux Finish Artist working mainly with new construction home buyers in Johnson County.  I have always had a true passion for helping clients and my design & sales background was a natural draw to real estate as I advanced my career. My goal is to consistently exceed the expectations of clients by spending the appropriate amount of time to understand their specific home buying or selling goals. I separate myself in the marketplace by taking a consultative approach and fully utilizing the latest technologies (which surprisingly is often under utilized) for home listings, searches and comparables. This allows me to communicate effectively with clients about our complex marketplace.

My eye for detail is a direct result of more than 10 years working with home owners designing the unique beauty of there day-to day life … their home. I feel honored and grateful for my past clients that I have had the pleasure to work for. The culmination of my interior design skills coupled with my prior experience in outside sales benefit each client whether buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Real estate is about you, the client.

As a seller, I will make your home stand out above the competition appealing to more buyers faster to get your home SOLD. This is possible by visualizing the home through the buyers psyche and utilizing my design/home staging experience. My ability to couple design with superior marketing from the Koehler Bortnick Marketing Staff, networking with other agents, utilizing multiple online advertising venues, the KBT Magazine, and accessibility to out of town buyers means your home will have maximum exposure.  

As a buyer, I have the ability to help you see the ultimate potential in a home. Buyers have all Koehler Bortnick team resources at their disposal. As a buyer, you need an advocate on your side. My use of technology, ability to aggressively negotiate, and manage the contract paperwork on behalf of clients allow my customers to find the home they desire without wasting valuable time. Your time and my time are very valuable commodities.  

As a buyer or seller, don't accept anything less than an agent that believes learning is a never ending task and that going beyond expectations is the only option. I will be direct, honest and professional during your journey to achieving your goals.   

On a personal note:
When not practicing real estate I enjoy spending time with my loving husband & son. I'm blessed to have the support of a great family! They bring joy to my life everyday! We love Kansas City and all it has to offer, especially local sports. It is also a priority of mine to attend my son's games, school events, and actively participate in his learning. I believe smiles are contagious and live life by the golden rule. I love life and work hard to help provide for my family, help others, and lead by example…my life by design.
