I began my real-estate career immediately following graduation from Kansas State University. Growing up in Kansas City has given me the ability to learn the intricacies of the local market. Living in southern Johnson-County and attending high-school in Prairie Village gave me a great perspective on living "in-town" and "out-south."

My strengths are in my knowledge of the market and negotiating abilities. These two have a strong correlation as I find it important to provide comparable listings to support an offer that you are presenting.
